About Me

My ideal client is a professional woman, who is dealing with life transitions. Feeling burnout and overwhelmed? Struggling with how to take care of yourself and your love one? Not sure about how to improve your work/life balance?

For the past 20 years, I have been coaching with a focus on career, self-care, and work/life balance. I have received training in career, life, mental health, grief, and leadership coaching. Currently, I am completing a certificate in Health Coaching. I've held several positions in my career including a career counselor, chief of an organizational leadership and culture office, program manager, contracting officer, and local pastor. On a personal level, I've served as a caregiver and managed to write a book about my experiences.

I utilize a wholistic approach to coaching, which takes the total person into consideration. My educational background includes master's degrees in counseling psychology, theology, and divinity. I'm confident I can support you to achieve your professional and personal goals.
