I know what it feels like to carry too much in your head and heart. For years I found myself stuck in patterns of overthinking, blurred boundaries, and giving more than I received. The turning point came when I realized the problem wasn’t that I wasn’t enough — it was that I wasn’t listening to myself. That shift taught me how powerful it is to slow down, untangle the noise, and reconnect with what’s truly mine.

That’s the heart of my coaching philosophy: you already hold the answers, but sometimes they’re buried under layers of doubt, expectation, or old patterns. My role isn’t to hand you quick fixes or motivational slogans. It’s to create space where you can hear yourself clearly, ask the deeper questions, and see the truth that’s been there all along. I also bring the perspective of someone who has walked this path myself — learning how to step out of cycles of doubt and step into a more grounded, authentic way of living.
