I’m Karolina Lampka—life coach, author, and woman who’s started over more times than I can count.

From building a successful startup to watching it collapse overnight, from meditation retreats in India to single motherhood in a lockdown—my journey hasn’t been linear. But it's been real. And that’s exactly how I coach.

I support women who are done shrinking. Women who’ve spent years being the strong one—the high achiever, the caregiver, the partner, the mother—and somewhere along the way, lost touch with themselves. My coaching is soulful yet practical, emotional yet focused. We slow down, clear the noise, and reconnect you with your inner direction—so you can trust yourself again and move forward with purpose.

I coach in English, German, or Polish, and I work 100% remotely with women around the world.
