I’m Karolina Lampka—life coach, author, and woman who’s started over more times than I can count.

From building a successful startup to watching it collapse overnight, from meditation retreats in India to single motherhood in a lockdown—my journey hasn’t been linear. But it's been real. And that’s exactly how I coach.

I support people who are done shrinking. The ones who’ve spent years being the strong one—the achiever, the caregiver, the steady hand—while quietly losing touch with themselves.
