About Me

As a leadership and mindset coach, I specialize in helping high-achieving professionals who struggle with impostor syndrome — especially those ready to step into greater leadership, visibility, or career advancement. My clients are ambitious, qualified, and deeply committed to excellence — but despite outward success, they privately wrestle with self-doubt, overworking, perfectionism, or feeling like a fraud.

They want to grow their impact, lead authentically, and advance with confidence — without sacrificing their well-being, values, or personal life. But fear of being “found out,” of failing, or not being “enough” can keep them stuck, playing small, or holding back from opportunities they’ve earned.

I’m trained in executive coaching, positive psychology, hypnotherapy, communication, and impostor syndrome interventions (by the Impostor Syndrome Institute and Dr. Lisa Orbé-Austin). I offer a structured yet compassionate coaching space that helps clients normalize their inner struggles, reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, and build sustainable confidence and resilience.

With three decades in corporate leadership, I have faced and navigated just about any challenge you find in the modern work place. I have also lived and worked around the world and know what it feels like to be different and the courage it takes to stand out.
