About Me

My name is Katarina and I have prior training in a bachelors of psychology, naturopathic doctorate degree, as well as in the process of obtaining a Jungian coaching program certificate. I believe that we all have our own unique stories that direct our lives. These stories were shaped and shifted as we grew up. They have helped us at times, but they have also hindered us and prevented new growth at other times. My goal is to help people become aware of these intrinsic patterns that might be serving as obstacles to achieving their full potential in life. I use a variety of tools including actual stories, myths, and fairy tales, nervous system regulation resources, journaling, creative expression, and other life coaching techniques to help my clients become the best they can be. I am incredibly passionate about this work, and I love supporting people as they work their way to self awareness and self agency!
