About Me

I choose to identify as an artist of life, and see the world through a wondrous, creative lens. However, that positive focus has taken years of personal development, while also operating a psychotherapy private practice of my own. I hold a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, and a Master's of Social Work. With my education, personal life experiences, creative writing expertise, and therapist background, I believe that having a life after therapy is possible. I coach others by creatively assisting them in understanding how working through their past brought them to being able to live in the present, and that life can be celebrated. I love asking thought provoking questions, while rooting people on in their healing journey.

At Kate Vignette, I strive to coach by looking at the snapshot of who you are now, and who you want to be, without having to drudge up the past. It's so nice when we meet others along our journey who get it, and understand how hard it was to work through all that life handed us. Whether your goal is to travel the world, start a fresh career, write a book about your life, or continue practicing living in the here in and now, I would love to work with you.
