About Me
I coach women that have relocated for their partner's career and find themselves out of the workforce through choice or circumstance. I understand the loss of identity, purpose and network that can come with moving to a new location without a job. I've felt the emotional toll and loss of confidence and direction that can come with being a 'trailing spouse'.
Are you finding it hard to know what to do with your time, frustrated by limited work opportunities or unclear what you want to do with yourself? Do you have ideas about what you want but don't know how to implement them, or feel some fear in getting started? Are you struggling to get your partner to understand how you feel and worry about a growing resentment for your situation? Do you feel like you've lost part of your identity and don't know how to get it back?
If any or all of this is true, then I can help. I've been in your situation and I've turned my experience into my career, driven by helping people like you embrace your relocation experience and turn it into an opportunity for growth, fun and discovery.
Through individually tailored coaching sessions I can help you understand yourself better (values, priorities, passions, struggles), identify what you want from your current situation and beyond, and empower you to go and get it. A break from the old is unsettling and you may feel like you've left a part of yourself behind. However, I truly believe that this break is also an opportunity to reset and truly get what you want from life. It's hard to do by yourself, it's much easier to do with a professional partner that is vested in your success, whatever that means to you.
