Hello!! Welcome to my profile!
I am a Joy and Play life coach, certified life coach, certified in NLP, laughter yoga, children's, hatha, yin, and kundalini yoga, for starters. Whew! I'm also a member of the Association of Applied and Therapeutic Humor, Applied Improvisation Network, and am currently studying social therapy. I have some amazing tools for us to use to help you - and I can connect you with some free resources that will help sustain your new path.
I can create videos, customized meditations, and bring lots of current ideas to our sessions that are scientifically supported.
I work with businesses, with team building, and families to help through a crisis, I am a public speaker, and help both groups and individuals through my non-profit Joy First Foundation, dedicated to bringing joy to all living beings. I have experience with everything listed here and success.
I am a professional clown, and focused on how we all need more joy in our lives. I am an advocate for random acts of joy, bonding, connecting, and sharing with other humans. COVID was tough, I used the time to learn how to help everyone with more tools.

I found the exercise calming and useful, as it was beneficial to be given one task.. That, one, goal, the direction was clear and so was the expectation.....which, .ultimately allowed my body to calm down and not be so triggered. My experience was very positiveRachel
She is like an angel who can gently, sweetly and tenderly lead you to wellness and peace. I like that her methods are unorthodox and always full of fun and surprise which is very effective for me. I don't like that time is not eternal to share with her.Milagros Rodriguez
I have been helped with Kate's support working with PTSD veterans learning to use humor and clowning engaging with traumatized children and adults including other veterans. She has led workshops, direct coaching in VA hospitals, parades and concerts and conflict zones including war, family, international, crossing many difficult, confusing and diverse boundaries. I have found her very helpful as a peer sharing the load engaging others. She has a very diverse skill set including working/playing virtually using music, mime, juggling and more with diverse groups and individuals.Mark Kane PhD
