About Me

Life has a way of changing us. Whether you’re navigating divorce, co-parenting, grief, a difficult relationship, or simply feeling lost, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m Katerina Markadakis, a Certified Life Coach, author, and founder of Harbor Point Press and Distance Between Us Coaching. After experiencing profound personal loss, divorce, and the challenges of rebuilding my own life while raising two children, I discovered that healing isn’t about becoming who you were before—it’s about becoming someone stronger, wiser, and more authentic.

My coaching provides a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can process what’s holding you back, gain clarity, and take practical steps toward the life you want to create. Together we’ll work on building confidence, establishing healthy boundaries, improving communication, managing difficult emotions, and creating a vision for your future.

My approach combines empathy with accountability. Every session is tailored to your unique story, goals, and pace because no two healing journeys are the same.

In addition to coaching, I’m the author of several personal growth books and journals focused on emotional healing, letting go, healthy relationships, and co-parenting. These resources often complement our work together, providing practical exercises and reflection between sessions.
