About Me

Katharina is the founder of The Human Spark, a leadership advisory firm where people and performance thrive together. She works as a coach, consultant and trainer in organisational and HR development. Her focus lies in change management, leadership development, coaching and assessments. She started her career in Human Resources for the international FMCG company Hero Group in Switzerland before working for YSC, a boutique leadership strategy consulting firm in London, where she conducted assessments with FTSE 100 senior leaders. Her background in positive psychology means she applies a strengths-oriented approach to make business more human. She draws on her international experience, having lived and worked in the Netherlands, Switzerland, the US, Singapore and the UK.
