Hi There!

My name is Katherine. What's yours? Are you ready to go on a special ride to navigate through life as a Human Being?

My journey in Self Awareness started in 2007, where most of my major life challenges began and with no support, I gravitated to self help books. Dr. Wayne Dyer is my favorite. Then one thing led to another and I had to learn my craft property. I took Coaching courses, energy healing courses and connected with many people.

I learned that people need to apply what they've learned from a coaching session when they go back to their families, or co-workers and live in this world - be HuMan.

I like to bring practical ways to help clients achieve their goals, like understanding the power of affirmations. Or helping them get to a point of realizing that the same response to a life scenario that plays out repetitively will not get the results they desire.

We feel the pain, we realize it, we release to heal and then we can plan our next steps together. I'm with you.
