About Me

My professional background includes a Master’s in Social Work with a focus on family systems and decades of experience in the health and mental health care fields, supporting people across all stages of life. While coaching is not therapy, my work in behavioral health has given me a deep understanding of human behavior—insight that helps clients navigate both internal and external change.

I work with high-achieving, thoughtful adults who often feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, self-doubt, overthinking, or emotional burnout. Many of my clients are navigating a major life transition, relationship shift, or simply a desire to feel more grounded and confident in themselves.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the evidence-based cognitive behavioral model. I guide clients in understanding how their thoughts influence their beliefs about themselves, their abilities, and their relationships. This process often involves exploring the origin story of those deeply held beliefs and identifying the ways those patterns may be holding you back from the life you want.

Once we understand the connection between those beliefs and your current reactions, we can begin to challenge and shift them—building new ways of thinking and showing up in the world that feel more aligned with your values, goals, and sense of self.

My coaching style is warm, collaborative, and insight-driven. I combine structured, evidence-informed tools with deep listening and thoughtful questions to help you move from insight to meaningful action. I believe change happens when we feel seen, supported, and gently challenged.
