About Me

Coaching is where my passion for helping people experience growth, clarity, and lasting transformation truly comes alive.

With over 30 years of experience in social work, leadership, and professional development, I’ve guided individuals and teams through times of change—helping them break old patterns, find their voices, and lead lives that feel aligned with their values and goals.

My path began with a Social Work degree from RIT and a Master of Social Work in Family Systems from Syracuse University. Over the years, I’ve worked across a variety of roles—facilitating growth in individuals, mentoring emerging professionals, and developing programs that foster clarity, connection, and confidence.

What has shaped me most isn’t just the positions I’ve held, but the people I’ve had the privilege to walk beside. I’ve witnessed incredible resilience, creativity, and courage in those navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, and personal reinvention. These experiences taught me how to be a guide, not a guru—someone who helps others uncover their own direction and define success on their terms.

In my administrative and leadership work, I learned the business side of human services—how to build teams, manage programs, and create systems that support both people and performance. And like many of the women I now coach, I’ve faced seasons of professional uncertainty—downsizing, reorganization, and the pressure to prove I belonged at the table.

Those moments became my turning points. They led me to create Aligned Core Life Coaching, a space where ambitious women can reclaim confidence, strengthen self-trust, and chart their next chapter with clarity and purpose.
