About Me

I’m a recovery coach with over a decade of experience walking alongside individuals and families navigating addiction, mental health challenges, trauma, and life transitions. My coaching style is grounded in radical compassion, harm reduction, and real-world application. I meet people where they are—whether they’re working toward abstinence, managing mental health, reducing harm, or simply trying to survive one day at a time.

I hold multiple certifications, including Certified Recovery Peer Advocate, Certified Addictions Recovery Coach, Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor-in Training, and International Certified Family Recovery Coach. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds—in treatment centers, courts, schools, and the community—and I understand how complicated and non-linear recovery can be.

My approach is person-centered and flexible. I’m not here to tell you what recovery “should” look like. I’m here to help you define it for yourself, and then take meaningful steps toward that version of healing. We might work on building structure and routine, learning how to set boundaries, navigating relationships, connecting with services, or getting through a tough week without giving up.

For families, I provide guidance on how to support a loved one without losing yourself in the process. That might mean learning new ways to communicate, letting go of control, or simply having a safe space to process your own experience.
