While I have been a professional Certified Life Coach trained through the Life Coaching Institute, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 2012, I have over 30 years experience in business ownership, corporate management, sales, customer service, personal styling, image consulting and women’s leadership. Educational background is in the area of Early Childhood Development and Home Economics.

Life background covers a multitude of platforms from wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, leader, speaker, and teacher. Also, abducted child, teen pregnancy, unfaithful and addictive spouse, alcoholic family members, co-dependency, divorce, remarriage, blending families, and relocation to name a few.

Today, I live a life of personal happiness and fulfillment using the very same principles I use with my clients. Every day is a gift filled with challenges and opportunities meant to lead us on our personal journey of living balanced and enjoying everyday.
