As an emotional support coach, I bring a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise to my practice. Having endured childhood emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, as well as navigating through depression, anxiety, and substance abuse, I deeply understand the complexities of emotional trauma. Despite these challenges, I earned an MBA and have accumulated 12 years of experience working with a national health insurance company.

I am passionate about raising self-awareness and providing empathetic, unbiased support to others. Although I do not hold a professional degree in psychology, my intuitive high emotional intelligence and deep compassion enable me to offer non-judgmental guidance. My goal is to help individuals heal, grow, and achieve emotional well-being through a supportive and understanding approach.
