About Me

I am a Coach with previous experience as Human Resource Executive for around 15 years. I am graduated in Business Administration and Psychology and certificated by ICI as an international personal and executive coach.

I believe in professional and personal constant development and for me, Coaching is one of the most powerful and quickest ways of achieving it, especially when you have clear objectives and goals.

During the coaching process, I also believe it is fundamental to understand the real motivations and purpose the coachee searches for, as this understanding will drive all the efforts to achieve the goals.
