About Me

Who am I?

I’m a certified life coach here to improve your life, relationships, health, and satisfaction. I’m your confidante, friend, teacher, helper, and guide. I have a God-driven passion for making positive changes in people’s lives. I specialize with in mental health issues as well as relationship difficulties. I provide warm, gentle life coaching for individuals looking to make meaningful, lasting changes to their lives. Some of my certifications include life coaching, meditation, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

We all have difficult moments in our lives. I’m here to help you overcome the difficulties that you are facing in your life do that you can be your ideal self and get unstuck from where you are at right now. You need help finding peace in your life, and that’s just what I’m here to do. I will help you feel healthier and sustain healthy relationships. You can expect from me a great coach and listener, always here for you. I am an empathetic listener who is trained to help individuals going through difficult situations in their lives, and I will use my warmth and compassion to help you tackle the obstacles you are facing in your life.

My expertise includes: women’s issues, handling relationship conflict, communication, relationship development, mood disorders, family conflict, eating disorders, domestic violence, domestic abuse, depression, anxiety, coping skills, trauma, life coaching, emotional disturbance, behavioral issues, and assertiveness.

My monthly coaching package consists of:

Four 30 minute coaching sessions by text or Skype, four times a month
Fast and personalized text/email support
Homework assignments
Goal setting

And costs 300 per month.

An individual session with me will last an hour, where we will talk about your needs, concerns, and address ways to improve your situation/mindset so we can create positive changes.
