About Me

Are you feeling overwhelmed, defeated, unsure of yourself, at your wits end? Are you struggling communicating & understanding how you feel, or experiencing anxiety in different situations?

You feel that you’re the only one who struggles in these areas, but these feelings are common to everyone & it is possible for you to learn how to manage these feelings. You think that these feelings will forever control you, so your choices revolve around these controlling feelings.
For parents, your children feel that school is the worst place ever because they get too frustrated and give up trying; or that home is no longer a safe place to share their thoughts and feelings because no one understands them.
Let me tell you – those feelings don’t have to continue to control your thoughts, actions, and relationships. You don’t have to continue living with defeat or being unsure of yourself. You just have not found one of many creative ways to deal with the anxiety that is preventing you from stepping out and trying new things, attending that work party, or taking that difficult class that will open career doors.
Your children do not have to continue to hate school and be ashamed of the feelings they experience but don’t understand. They don’t have to continue feeling like the misfit and struggling with low self-esteem.
You are unique and the feelings you are experiencing can be tamed. You can begin to identify and name the problem and come up with some possible solutions. Once some solutions to the anxiety and overwhelming feelings are uncovered, you can once again begin to feel confident in yourself, your communication and your relationships.
In my coaching sessions I use techniques like brainstorming, social emotional learning, problem solving, finding and focusing on your strengths to help clients get unstuck and confident in their own skin.
