About Me

For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to help people. Having had a tumultuous childhood complete with divorced parents and step-siblings, I knew that I didn't want others to have to feel the way I did. When it was time to choose a major in college I decided on Music Therapy. Having decided shortly after graduation that wasn't exactly what I wanted to do, I took a few years before deciding to go back to school for my Master's in Counseling Psychology. I loved working in the field as a therapist, but numerous moves to different states with my family created a hurdle to continued licensure. With time to spare during the pandemic I realized that I wanted to be able to give people practical tools for daily living that stemmed from their authentic identity. This is how Free to Be Identity Based Life Coaching was born! I am excited to help you discover who you are and how to move forward.
