About Me

My coaching style is unique and is kind of eclectic with the use of my models that I incorportate in the structure. My purpose with each of my clients is to effectively approach the person as a whole. Its a very holistic approach were we identify personal areas of growth and well being, create various goals across different life domains, and help the client with burnout and stress management. Also I work with clients that have ADD/ADHD by utilizing my experience from my counseling education. This is where I will provide my client the tools they need to overcome challenges they may have on a daily bases in their professional life and personal with their ADD/ADHD
