About Me

Hi, my name is Katrina, I’m from the United States and moved to Spain last year. I offer services in English or Spanish. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and experience as a social worker supporting children and teens with autism, ADHD, trauma and other mental health challenges. Through this, I’ve developed a deep understanding of human behavior, as well as how we grow, heal, and connect with others.

My coaching style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that growth happens when we feel supported and empowered, so I provide a safe space to explore your goals, overcome obstacles, and celebrate your progress.
