About Me

My whole career has been dedicated towards helping people achieve their potential and get the most out of life. Having taught gymnastics from an early age, I went on to become an occupational therapist for Social Services and the NHS in the UK. Making a difference to people’s lives was incredibly fulfilling and I'm incredibly proud of what my clients have achieved.

Now, having relocated abroad, I have moved on to become a certified coach. I know how hard it can be adjusting to a new life in an unfamiliar place. I have the compassion and the skills to help set you on your own path of discovery and realignment.
