About Me

Hey! I’m Ms. Kay, a certified life coach and mentor who gets it. I’ve worked with teens and young people for years—as a teacher, a social worker, mentor, and in my own private practice. I have a degree in psychology and a passion for helping teens and twenty-somethings feel confident, focused, and heard. Whether you're figuring out who you are, how to manage school stress, or just need someone to talk to who won’t judge—you’re in the right place. This space is for you, and I’m here to help you grow at your pace.

My mentoring style is relational, goal-oriented, and rooted in evidence-based strategies. I focus on helping teens and young adults build confidence, improve communication skills, set healthy boundaries, and discover their strengths. I use a combination of active listening, structured goal-setting, and mindset work to empower my clients to take charge of their own growth. While I’m not a licensed therapist, I provide a safe, judgment-free space where students feel heard, supported, and inspired to make real changes.
