About Me

I’m a seasoned business executive with multi cultural background. I help clients find clarity, awareness and aspirations and support them in fulfilling their goals.

I believe that everyone has a sweet spot. I feel thrilled at helping people find their strengths, dreams and the paths towards a fulfilled life.

I engage cognitive, emotional and somatic approach in helping clients build their self-awareness. I believe self-awareness is the cornerstone of sustainable growth. When one knows more about oneself and learns to observe and reflect, one is able to find the answers to all questions they may encounter in life.

I grew up in China, studied in Europe and now work and live in Singapore. I like to work with people of diversified backgrounds and experiences, which I find very enriching.

I play piano (only good enough to entertain myself), started painting recently (which I am proud of), like cooking and good food. I practise yoga and mindfulness.
