Life doesn't always break you gently. Sometimes it just breaks you and then asks what you're going to do next.

I'm Kayne Young, founder and head coach at Inner Path Coaching. My work sits at the intersection of practical strategy and soulful wisdom, and my path to coaching was anything but a straight line.

I served 13 years in the U.S. Air Force, spent over two decades managing multi-million-dollar projects as a VP and Senior Project Manager, and somewhere along the way learned that titles, budgets, and accomplishments don't automatically tell you who you are or what you're here for. I had to figure that out the hard way, through real grief, identity shifts, and the slow, sacred work of rebuilding.

That's the work I now do with others.

I specialize in life transitions, grief recovery, boundary-setting, and spiritual healing for people who are done just surviving and ready to actually live. My coaching philosophy draws on Stoic and Taoist wisdom traditions, grounded in the belief that clarity and courage are practices anyone can learn.

I'm also a published author. My audiobook, 'The Art of True Happiness,' explores the deeper truths behind joy, purpose, and what it actually means to live well — the same themes I bring into every coaching conversation.
