About Me

Every life contains seasons when the path changes and the person you have been no longer fits the life ahead.

I am Kayne Young, founder and head coach at Inner Path Coaching. My work brings practical strategy together with soulful wisdom, shaped by a career and life that taught me both the value of strong leadership and the courage required to begin again.

I served 13 years in the U.S. Air Force and spent more than two decades leading multimillion-dollar global technology and transformation programs as a Vice President and Senior Project Manager. Yet titles and accomplishments were only part of my education. Grief, identity shifts, and profound life transitions taught me how rebuilding truly happens: slowly, honestly, and one clear choice at a time.

Today, I coach self-aware adults and leaders navigating major transitions, grief and loss, career reinvention, boundary-setting, or the search for a more authentic life. My approach blends practical planning, compassionate conversation, mindful reflection, and insights from Stoic and Taoist wisdom. Together, we identify the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck, clarify what matters now, and create grounded steps toward a life that feels genuinely your own.

I am also the author of multiple books and the creator of Sanctum Meditation & 8D Audio, an app designed to support reflection, relaxation, and inner growth through guided meditation and immersive sound. My audiobook, The Art of True Happiness, explores joy, purpose, and what it means to live well.
