I’m Kayne Young, founder of Inner Path Coaching. I offer two focused paths:

My perspective comes from 13 years in the U.S. Air Force and more than two decades leading global technology and transformation programs as a vice president and senior project manager. I also know that a transition is more than a project plan. My coaching brings strategic thinking together with compassionate conversation and mindful reflection.
