I am a coach specializing in NeuroSomatic Balancing and Rapid Transformations.

As human beings what we believe determines what we think, what we think, we feel, what we feel, we act upon and how we act determines our results. Modifying actions without addressing limiting (and often subconscious) beliefs is like trying to push a boulder uphill. Inversely, navigating those same challenges when your nervous system is regulated creates so much more than simply a feeling of physiological safety... Suddenly that boulder is floating down a river.

My focus and intention as your coach is always to support you in accessing your innate creative state of being more easily. From there, your response to old triggers becomes naturally less reactive, opening you up to choosing how to respond to life’s inevitable stressors in a way that aligns more wholly with your values and goals. Your response-ability to weather the inevitable storms of life while maintaining inner calm and tenacity is the result.
