I’m a certified LIFO® practitioner, and I use that framework to help you understand how your natural strengths show up under both calm and stressful conditions. Within LIFO, there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to be — just your way. Our work together focuses on identifying your patterns, understanding how they help you, and noticing where they may be creating friction without you realizing it.
