Just a quick note to tell you how much I appreciate your service to our board. Over the past two and a half years I have watched the organization struggle time and time again with its internal communications and board interactions, yet in the span of a couple hours I watched you provide the guidance and awareness they were lacking to create a more effective work environment. Please know you've really made an enormous positive difference.Anonymous Non-Profit Board Member, Manhattan, NY

"Leadership Coaching is critical to organizational evolution and Kelly's talent, which emanates from her thoughtful, compassionate facilitation style, encourages productive, transformational change. We connected immediately while devising strategies to support the program design, facilitation and assessment of PHLDiversity's annual board retreat. I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly a few months ago when she was chosen as the key-note speaker at a workshop for Executive Assistant’s, the topic was the art of communication. We met prior to the event to discuss the details. Kelly was like a breath of fresh air and we quickly connected. She is energetic, passionate and very perceptive. The night of the event she left the group with tangible techniques we easily were able to implement instantly. I look forward to working with Kelly again.Traci Eckard, Sr. Executive Assistant at Campbell Soup Company, Camden, NJ

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly during our firm’s establishment and roll-out of our woman’s employee resource group. Kelly’s experience with other employee resource groups and insight into the successful operations of top companies was an invaluable part of the successful launch. Her enthusiasm turns work into an enjoyable task and I would highly recommend Kelly as a valuable advisor and excellent communicator.Caryn Barnes Principal at Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, Philadelphia, PA
Kelly Meerbott is far more than a typical coach: she transforms thinking. Her approach is not to steer the client to specific answers, but to open up a whole new way of considering challenges and opportunities. Since I began working with Kelly six months ago my business has evolved quickly; I’m now spending more time with sophisticated and appreciative clients, thanks to her suggestions. If you’re willing to work diligently—and, make no mistake about it, changing old habits and conventional thinking is hard work—you can find no better guide to personal and professional success.Jim Shulman, Principal - Business Management, Philadelphia, PA
Kelly was extremely responsive to a sensitive request in a very timely manner. She presented a detailed plan that would address the issue and her results were very impressive and accurate.Catriona Eldemery, Director of Human Resources at Four Seasons Hotel Boston, Boston, MA
I found Kelly to be a great thought partner and a valuable resource. She very quickly created a space where I could share my challenges. Kelly was really approachable and asked all of the right questions. I left my sessions with a greater understanding of where to focus my attention and how to go about tackling some of my bigger obstacles. To top it off, Kelly is fun to talk to. I recommend her whole-heartedly!Aki Raymer, Transformative Parenting Coach & Speaker, San Francisco, CA

In only thirty minutes, Kelly was able to listen, drill down to the things that matter to me most, help me prioritize and come up with an achievable plan. She is straight to the point, thorough and she help me find a solution that really works for me. The great thing about Kelly is, she doesn't tell you what to do or how to do it, she listens really well and ask you the right questions so you are able to find your own answers. Kelly helped me prioritize and focus on the things that brings happiness to my life. Kelly is extremely focused, creative, straight up but loving. It is a pleasure to work with Kelly and I highly recommend you do the same!Mirjam Slob, Certified Salesforce.com Business Analyst at Quintiq, Tilburg Area, Netherlands
Kelly is a remarkable listener and has a rare gift for hearing/seeing obstacles that block you for manifesting your potential. Kelly will help you see clearly the places where you have sold yourself short, made excuses or stagnated in your progress. Then she will help you create a path forward. Kelly is the real thing and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to 1) develop their leadership skills 2) learn to communicate in a better way 3) learn to live a life aligned to your highest authenticity.Cassandra Stish, Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) - Coshx Labs, Charlottesville, VA
"Kelly Meerbott is a rare gem in the world of professional services! Not only does she possess great skill as an executive coach and group facilitator, but her passion for service and genuine care for her clients shines through in everything she does. She recently worked with one of my non-profit clients and was able to get a floundering board back on track and moving forward again. I have no hesitation in recommending her services to others!"M. Christina Floyd Founder, Hampton Roads General Counsel, PLLC , Denver, CO
Kelly and I have maintained a professional relationship now for almost two years. Kelly’s unique style of coaching has allowed my company to prosper equally in strong markets and weak markets over that time (she helped multiply the revenue of my business by 32 times in 16 months); what that tells you about Kelly is that her integrity, work ethic, and most important of all, her uncanny ability to coach clients and help them understand their needs are exceptional!
On a more personal note, Kelly is willing to help all with whom she comes in contact. Kelly's loyalty and willingness to go the extra mile is displayed equally for her clients and her friends. Kelly's positive attitude enables her to connect with almost anyone; when added to her analytical skills provides the understanding needed to undertake the most complicated of assignments and bring value to her clients. With a polished style, Kelly collaborates well with all executives from admin's to C-suite movers & shakers. She will challenge you, motivating you to experience “excellence in action” on all of your projects. All of this makes her a woman that I am proud to call coach.J.D. LeaSure, CEO of Comsec LLC, Virginia Beach, VA
Artsmith's relationship with Kelly has been very, very valuable. She's terrific at observing organizations as an outsider and articulating those observations in an educating, profitable and motivating way. Her guidance continues to help us align ourselves to win more work and keep our quality of service above our competition.Josh Fischer, Owner of Artsmith Media, LLC, Norfolk, VA
