About Me
I'm a coaching nerd who's obsessed with helping women learn how to process their feelings and thoughts in order to get what they want in life.
I help women feel more confident, gain clarity in making decsions, manage stress and anxiety, understand and process emotion, improve relationships, date without putting their self worth on the line and so much more.
When I learned how to coach myself it changed my life. The first time I really internalized that thoughts are not facts just because they are in my brain. The first time I realized it's okay to feel sad or scared or anxious. That I could survive that feeling and learn how to process it. The first time I intentionally chose a thought instead of letting it choose me. These were all moments that changed my life.
And now I'm passionate about teaching my clients how to do this too. I think about it as practical mindset tools to make being a modern human easier. Because our brains weren't wired for this millenia. But here we are. We feel fear about emails. We feel stress about news that comes towards as 24/7. We feel insecure because we compare ourselves online all day. I teach my clients how to build a life that they love and feel content in despite all of the noise we live in.
I provide a gentle, non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together we work through your fears, your self limiting beliefs, and the outdated thoughts still driving your behavior. By the time we are done you will have the tools you need to process life in all it's ups and downs and achieve your goals.
Or if you’re like me you’re never really done, and you just keep finding deeper ways to know yourself and more ways to create the life you want to live.

I have never worked with a life coach before Kelsey. I have had therapy, and Ive had coaching for career development at different points in time. But this was different. This coaching helped me understand the ways that I was getting in my own way. I had not realized that I was making it so that I would not move forward with my job search. The mindset I had was keeping me stuck. And I dont think I would have realized that this mindset was limiting me without Kelseys help. That is the gift she brings. The process was gentle, I never felt pushed to do something. But her questions revealed to me where I was keeping myself stuck. I trusted that she was leading me in the right direction and it has completely opened up the scope of what I thought was possible for my career.

Working with Kelsey has transformed how I think about my own thoughts and feelings. Within just a few sessions, I became more aware of the thoughts I had and how they were impacting my emotions and the actions I was taking. Its been very illuminating for me. I knew that safety and security were really critical to me and that when they feel threatened, I get very emotional. But I hadnt really realized how my thoughts connected to those emotions and why my brain was doing what it was doing. One of the most valuable things I learned through coaching was how to get myself out of an emotional tailspin. First, I learned to notice when I was feeling an elevated emotional state. And then I learned how to leverage intentional thoughts in order to calm myself down. This was so helpful. I am a person who likes to be in control of my emotions, not driven by them. And the techniques that Kelsey taught me helped me to better manage my emotions inside and outside of coaching sessions.

Working with Kelsey over several months of sessions was nothing short of transformative. I came to coaching feeling stuck and needing help reframing challenging work situations, but what I discovered was so much more profound than I had anticipated.
