About Me
I help women reconnect with their sense of purpose to make changes in their lives. How does it work? I help women gain a clear understanding of what matters to them right now and help them learn to trust themselves again. I walk them through easy decision making frameworks so they can feel confident in the direction they want to go. And I help them get in touch with a renewable sense of motivation so they can continue to take ongoing steps towards change.
When I learned how to coach myself it changed my life in so many ways. I went from perpetually being single to happily married to a supportive partner. From constantly thinking I needed to change my body for others to like me to loving myself as I am. From daily stress about work to confidently launching my own business. From a roller coaster ride of emotions daily to a deep sense of contentment with my life.
And now I’m passionate about teaching my clients how to do this too. I think about it as practical mindset tools to make being a modern human easier. Because our brains weren’t wired for this millenia. But here we are. We feel fear about emails. We feel stress about news that comes towards us 24/7. We feel insecure because we compare ourselves online all day to others. I teach my clients how to build a life that they love and feel content in despite all the noise we live in.
If you are feeling stuck or frozen. If you are overthinking your next steps but making no progress. If you aren’t sure what to do next with your life but know that something needs to change. Reach out. I help all of my clients with these problems and so much more everyday.

When I first started working with Kelsey I was in a tough place personally. I felt like I was stuck and I wasnt sure that it was really possible to be unstuck since Id been feeling that way for over a year. I didnt think things could get better, I just thought that this was just my new normal. It was incredible how much progress I was able to make with her support in such a short period of time. I went from not believing that there was any chance I would feel better to a growing sense of lightness that built week over week. Not only do I now see how things can get better, I also know that I have the power to actually make it happen. Kelsey is supportive, compassionate, and safely gives space for my emotions and feelings while still pushing me to consider new perspectives or new ways of thinking I wouldn't have without her. What I especially appreciate is that she helps me acknowledge my thoughts and feelings and gives me practical steps I can take in between our sessions to slowly shift those thoughts and feelings. She is an amazing coach and I'm so grateful to her for our work together!

After my experience with Kelsey, I would strongly advise someone with career changes coming up to work with a coach. Its so different to have dedicated time & support weekly to talk through things. Its not something you can really do with friends or a partner in the same way you can with a coach. Working with Kelsey has helped me de-escalate the anxiety associated with career changes. Sometimes its really hard to figure out where to start, and I think that in a lot of cases getting started is the most important part. Kelsey helped me get moving on it. We broke down the problem into manageable parts and I took them on one by one. In the end, I got where I needed to be.

I started working with Kelsey because I unexpectedly found myself without work. As I embarked on a job search, I was dealing with uncertainty, pressure, and self doubt. I found myself questioning my abilities, which in turn limited my beliefs in which jobs and roles were possible for me. Kelsey helped me unpack these feelings, and brought to my attention the depth of my self doubt and how it was blocking me from reaching my goals. Kelsey did an amazing job helping me identify which thoughts were creating my self doubt by reflecting them back to me so that I became aware that this was the place I was operating from. Together we worked on how I could shift my mindset about job searching which made a huge impact on how I was approaching my search. The coaching she provided during our sessions was put to practical use between sessions. I was able to identify when doubt was creeping in and address it quickly so that I could continue to be productive and make progress.

I have never worked with a life coach before Kelsey. I have had therapy, and Ive had coaching for career development at different points in time. But this was different. This coaching helped me understand the ways that I was getting in my own way. I had not realized that I was making it so that I would not move forward with my job search. The mindset I had was keeping me stuck. And I dont think I would have realized that this mindset was limiting me without Kelseys help. That is the gift she brings. The process was gentle, I never felt pushed to do something. But her questions revealed to me where I was keeping myself stuck. I trusted that she was leading me in the right direction and it has completely opened up the scope of what I thought was possible for my career.

Working with Kelsey has transformed how I think about my own thoughts and feelings. Within just a few sessions, I became more aware of the thoughts I had and how they were impacting my emotions and the actions I was taking. Its been very illuminating for me. I knew that safety and security were really critical to me and that when they feel threatened, I get very emotional. But I hadnt really realized how my thoughts connected to those emotions and why my brain was doing what it was doing. One of the most valuable things I learned through coaching was how to get myself out of an emotional tailspin. First, I learned to notice when I was feeling an elevated emotional state. And then I learned how to leverage intentional thoughts in order to calm myself down. This was so helpful. I am a person who likes to be in control of my emotions, not driven by them. And the techniques that Kelsey taught me helped me to better manage my emotions inside and outside of coaching sessions.

Working with Kelsey over several months of sessions was nothing short of transformative. I came to coaching feeling stuck and needing help reframing challenging work situations, but what I discovered was so much more profound than I had anticipated.
