About Me

I have been coaching young neurodivergent adults for 7 years and specialize in working with people with ADHD, AuDHD, Autism, Anxiety, Executive Function Disorder, OCD, and other related neurodiversity. I have worked with neurodivergent individuals for over 13 years in total, not just in life coaching and transition planning.

Whether we are working on setting goals in the academic world, honing social or relationship skills, setting up a plan to create a functional living space, or setting a timeline on skills like learning to drive, my role as coach is to provide a neurodivergent-affirming perspective on how to reach those self-identified milestones. You don't need to mask or sign onto someone else's path for you; you are ready to take the next step and build the life that you want for yourself.
