About Me

My Philosophy is to honor the ABC's of coaching: Accountability, Brainstorming/Breakthroughs (ok, there's 2 B's), and Clarity. These are the stepping stones to leveling-up your career. That's what we'll achieve together.

After twenty years as a celebrity Interview, an Emmy, and a book on how to ask "Good Questions" I found my true calling: guiding high achievers (creative or corporate) into a fulfilling leadership style, and a career you deserve. I truly believe coaching changes lives, because I've seen it first hand.

As an ICF-credentialed executive coach, I work with C-suite leaders, senior executives, entrepreneurs and up-and-comers who are ready to level-up their compensation and recognition. Some grapple with impostor syndrome, over-explaining, or the fear of one hard conversation capping their trajectory. That's where a coach can help.

Some coaches only look at the career. That's where I start, but believe a fully-lived life is the secret to a fulfilling career. So we dig as deep as you're comfortable with; that's where the answer lie.

That's the real work. Not sounding more confident. Becoming someone who no longer has to fake it.

If you're ready to do the work of creating a better life, I'm the partner who can support you on that path.
