About Me

I have worked with teams of individuals for the past 23 years, in the military, private and public sectors. My roles have always allowed me the distinct privilege of bringing out the best in others. I offer new perspectives that encourage positive change. I work with clients to create a winning strategy with support structures for sustainable progress.

Coaching is about establishing a professional relationship that provides an opportunity for the client to come to the table with raw potential that the coach can work with to co-create amazing possibilities. It requires commitment, dedication and trust. I am committed to each of my clients and dedicated to challenging their inner champion, in a safe and trusting environment that is judgement free.

I believe that we all have exactly what we need to achieve success. In some cases the path becomes covered by doubt, fear, and limiting beliefs of what we are capable of achieving. Other times, we are simply unable to find the path because of lack of time to focus with clarity on what it is we really want.

As a coach, my goal is to ensure that the client is provided an environment where they can be heard, held accountable and honored as they pursue personal transformation. I encourage, empower and enlighten individuals who have committed to doing something different to achieve different results.
