I lead Executive Leadership Development and Engagement at Blue Origin, where I work directly with C-suite and senior executives on executive development, coaching, leadership strategy, behavioral assessment, and executive onboarding.

I bring more than 20 years of hands-on experience developing and coaching executives across some of the world’s most respected organizations. Previously, I led Microsoft’s global executive development strategy for Corporate Vice Presidents and senior leaders worldwide, and held leadership development roles at Amazon and Sadara Chemical.

My coaching is grounded in real executive development experience, not coaching theory alone. I work with high-performing executives navigating expanded roles, organizational change, executive presence, influence, decision-making, team leadership, and succession.

My approach is practical, candid, and focused on measurable leadership impact. I help executives turn greater self-awareness and insight into better decisions, stronger leadership, and sustained results.
