For more than 20 years, I have coached and developed executives, senior leaders, and high-potential talent inside some of the world's most respected organizations. I currently serve as Head of Executive Leadership Development and Engagement at Blue Origin, leading executive leadership strategy, coaching senior leaders, and overseeing enterprise executive onboarding and development.

Previously, I led Microsoft's global executive leadership development strategy for Corporate Vice Presidents and senior leaders worldwide. I also held leadership development roles at Amazon, where my coaching initiatives contributed to operational improvements that generated more than $1.2 million in measurable business savings, and at Sadara Chemical, where I helped increase internal leadership promotions by 25 percent through executive development and succession planning.

My coaching combines executive experience with evidence-based leadership practices, including behavioral assessments, executive feedback, and practical development strategies. I help leaders strengthen executive presence, improve decision making, influence across organizations, build high-performing teams, and navigate change with confidence.

My leadership foundation was shaped through service in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve, and further strengthened through leadership roles in higher education and global talent management.

I believe leadership is built through self-awareness, accountability, and consistent action. My coaching is practical, direct, and focused on measurable results that strengthen both individual leaders and the organizations they serve.
