About Me

During grad school winter break at 22 years old (almost 20 years ago!), way before the movie The Secret came out, I was introduced to the concept of Law of Attraction (LOA). Within a week, I wrote THE list: the partner I wanted, the job, the physical/ mental/ emotional health I wanted...I went for it ALL. I spent time with the list for a few weeks to align with the intentions and then I folded it up and left it in my nightstand. A year later, while visiting my family home with my fiancé, during a vacation from my dream job, I found the list...and I had EVERYTHING that I'd listed. That started me on a 20 year quest to share this work with the world.

Today I work remotely with clients around the world. I blend the practices of Meditation, Ayurveda, and Law of Attraction (LOA) to provide Spiritual Mentoring for those who are seeking to bring their lives into deeper alignment, have more fun, create more ease and get more of what they want in life while deepening a connection to Self/Source.

I typically start my clients on a 5-week Law of Attraction program which includes videos, recordings, my book (Beyond Your Hamster Wheel), and other tools to help them learn more about implementing the LOA while they are receiving one-on-one mentoring toward their HEART's intentions (much more resilient than the ego!). The 5-week program is (as cheesy as it sounds) guaranteed to create a shift in consciousness and situation, because it's impossible to keep your heart focused and NOT see a change in your life. I have helped clients find their soul mates, dream jobs, inner peace...Really, anything is possible once you learn to align behind a pure intention.
