I'm a Happiness & Success Coach. :-)

Today I'm living the life of my dreams. I live in a beautiful area, have my own business doing work that I absolutely love, am physically fit and healthy, and have wonderful fulfilling relationships with my family and friends. Life is good!

But it wasn't always this way.

After a devastating divorce, I went into a deep depression, gained 40 pounds, and lost my job. My self confidence, self worth and self esteem were shattered. I barely recognized the person I had become. I had no money, no insurance, and my weight was causing health problems.

I had to do something, and fast!
