About Me

I was a Professional Instructor and Curriculum Designer in the Federal Government for 18 years. I resigned to pursue my passion to help others through ministry and coaching as well as to attain the work/life balance that is important to me as a mother of four.

I've completed Leadership and Coaching Teams Training through the PCCI and will soon be completing the "Art and Science of Coaching" program with Erickson International.

I've lead numerous outreach events and programs (community fitness program, Mothers support program, etc.) and I was the Director of Women's Ministries for 3 years. I serve on the Central Canada District Leadership Team for Wesleyan Women, the Church Planting Assessment Centre, and I'm a Commissioned Coach with the Wesleyan Coaching Network.

I also want to help teens develop leadership skills and recognize their vast potential so I started a Teen Leadership Course that I'm really excited about.

My ideal clients are leaders or aspiring leaders. Leaders are often able to accomplish great things but struggle with ensuring that the things they value most are prioritized and included in their allotment of time. I help my clients determine what they value most and ensure it's part of their action plan. The results are stronger relationships, improved connection, better communication and the accomplishment of big goals at work and at home.
