About Me

I’m a Wellness and Empowerment Coach, with more than a decade of working experience in the corporate world in helping team members with huge projects and eventually realizing that I was not living my purpose. I have always had a strong desire to understand how humans are wired, specifically because of my passion to help individuals break free from conditioned responses or “autopilot” by healing underlying core issues, including emotional trauma, and overcoming the barriers, blocks, and beliefs that have held you back from reaching your highest potential and a higher level of consciousness.
Throughout my experience I noticed a pattern – it became evident that individuals, of all ages, were living in the disappointments of yesterday and the worries of tomorrow. I was once this person myself, who was reliving painful experiences of my past and constantly worried about what was to come.
I trained with the Health Coach Institute and given the power of this transformational coaching method that I use for coaching individuals whose lives have transformed mentally, physically, and spiritually. I believes everyone has a transformational story inside of them and I help individuals own their story and step into their power. I am committed to helping you identify and overcome the underlying core issues and any barriers, blocks, or beliefs that have held you back so that you can move forward in your life, turn your dreams into reality, feel good, and live your life on purpose, with purpose. This is accomplished through my coaching, counseling, and custom designed meditation sessions. The love I share leaves individuals feeling educated, empowered, and elevated.
