About Me

Kris Risley works with mid- to late-career professionals—especially soulful, high-achieving women—who are ready to trade burnout for alignment and lead from a deeper place of truth. Her clients are often at a crossroads (or just whispering “there has to be more than this”) and craving something more real, spacious, and soul-nourishing. With equal parts depth and play, Kris helps her clients pause, exhale, and rediscover what truly lights them up. She creates space for transformation that’s grounded, liberating, and just a little bit magical.

Kris is a certified professional co-active coach trained through the Co-Active Institute. She has her DrPH in public health and a master's degree in developmental psychology.
