About Me
Hello rooted soul! I'm Kristen Blythe, founder of Rooted Wisdom Holistic Life Coaching. I'm a coach, energy healer, spiritual teacher, and mentor for healing professionals with over 20 years of experience in the field. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Meditation Instructor, and am certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. While I have training in many healing modalities from around the world, the techniques I use with my clients primarily come from intuitively working with my guides to balance and heal my personal trauma and the ancestral burdens I inherited through my lineage. These techniques are a blend of meditative practices, guided intuitive work, somatic parts work, shadow work, limiting belief template work, and energy healing.
One of the most profound lessons I have learned as a healer and teacher is that we are all truly our own healers. My passion is guiding my clients to their own inner wisdom to help them overcome limiting patterns and traumas that hold them back from a joyful, uplifting, and purposeful life. In our remote sessions you will be guided to identify blocks that prevent you from making the changes you want to make in life. Once identified, we work with your higher power to permanently clear the trauma energies and limiting patterns that you have struggled to overcome.
All sessions are intuitively guided, and we will work with your guides, higher self, and whatever you identify as your higher power to bring you more into alignment with yourself and your goals. This is powerful work that I am honored to be a part of, as balancing the imbalances that we all carry is some of the most important work we can do to uplift ourselves and humanity.

Kristen is incredible. I have been through a very difficult medical journey with cancer, and Kristen helped me every step of the way. Kristen went above and beyond, truly. She recognized when I was having a hard time, helped me to acknowledge and face my feelings and genuinely wanted to see me move forward and not "need" to see her anymore, rather just want to. She encouraged and guided me with ideas that I could take into my everyday. Her energy work is also incredible. She comes to each session with many tools and uses her highly attuned intuition! I so love working with Kristen! She has literally transformed my life in more ways than I can count. In a one hour session with her I shed decades of trauma and blocks I didn't even know I had.
