About Me

I am a Registered Nurse and Transformational Nurse Coach. I have 25+ years clinical experience and now working at a coach for women in mid life. My ideal client is a woman who is struggling with life transitions, kids leaving home, relationship changes, body changes, health changes, and perhaps going through the menopause journey at the same time. I have experience in women's health, hormone health, and nutrition. I mindfulness, goal setting and can made health recommendations for peri-menopause and menopause transition.
