About Me

I am a human-centric, experience change catalyst and Co-Active Coach. My work is to give my client, the space to develop to your best self; whatever you define that to be. I support your agenda, your aspirations and dreams. I listen, I question, I notice and I even challenge what is going on with you and your goals to help you get where you want to be.

I know change and growth can be hard! I leverage what I have learned in my 30+ years of leadership experience in client relationship management, sales/business development, end-to-end customer/employee experience design, customer success, along with many years of managing teams of people across consulting, technology and services industries to be with my clients. I have hired, fired and helped employees via performance and success plans. I have helped get employees promoted and I have helped them find new, better fitting roles.

I have been through it myself; I have been laid off, downsized out, passed-over, had good bosses and bad ones, I have experienced toxic work environments and just bad-fits! I know these situations often make you question everything about yourself and your abilities.

I also know that you don't have to do it yourself. Having a champion in your corner, someone who is on the journey with you and yet not attached to your outcomes; someone who will empower, inspire, and hold you accountable for your actions and choices can truly be life changing.

I am a Coach because I believe we all have potential, power and right to achieve our dreams. I love seeing my clients succeed and achieve, and I think belonging is more important and very different from "fitting in or just making it work".
