My Story...
I spent 15 years of my professional life as a senior people manager, leading business projects and global teams. Those were good times, but at one point, pure business goals didn't do it anymore for me. I wanted to focus on my key passion: to help people on their journey, to achieve impact, to hold one's back through change, exciting, excruciating but eventually rewarding change.

I made my move, building upon my talent and experience, and looking for opportunities within my network. That's about 5 years ago. It wasn't an easy switch.
But I am incredible happy, grateful and proud I did so. And so can you! Everyone has their own career and life goals, his or her journey of change, be it minor or large, to go through.
