I built my career in fast-paced, high-performance environments where results, relationships, and resilience were everything. But behind the scenes, I was silently managing lupus — an invisible illness that challenged not only my body, but my entire way of life.

Eventually, lupus forced me to pause and ask deeper questions:

Who am I without the hustle? What does success look like when I listen to my body — and my truth?

That turning point led me to coaching — not just as a profession, but as a calling.
