About Me

Hi my name is Krizia and I am The Mindset Health Coach! I have a deep passion for helping others to become the best version of themselves. I provide support and guidance. I am a listening ear and helping hand in your growth journey.

Being a single mother of 2, I know parenting can be so challenging! My coaching program will help you work through hardships that currently keep you from gaining the healthy, open and positive relationship you wish to have with your child...or maybe with a close family member or friend!

Separation or divorce can be a traumatic life event for you and your child(ren). As a Parenting Apart Practitioner, I can offer support to both parents in creating child arrangements, whilst avoiding mediation and court fees.
*It is important to note that the final child arrangement draft is not legally binding, however it may be taken to your solicitor.
*It is important to note that Parenting Apart sessions, solely covers child arrangements and do not include financial agreements and other factors pertaining to divorce and separation.

Sessions are individually tailored to your needs and priorities.
* I do not provide diagnosis or counselling/therapy, however I may incorporate counselling skills in coaching sessions.
