About Me

My name is Krystal DesChamps and I am a certified professional life coach for overwhelmed women. I work with women who are ready to transform their mindset so that they can be empowered to accomplish their goals with the best results in less time. I am here to assist women who are ready to step into their purpose and change the world. Just like you, I have had my share of trials and tribulations, but I was blessed with an optimistic spirit that allowed me to always try to see the good in everything.

I'm a United States Air Force veteran and my time serving our country has helped form my disciplined, "go getter" mindset. When I set a goal, I develop a plan and I do everything in my power to make it happen. Sometimes my plans didn't always line up with God's plans for me and though He allowed me to accomplish what I set out do, He taught me a lesson that things are just way better when they are inside His will for my life.

I'm also a mental health nurse with over a decade of experience in this field. I've worked with all ages from 3 to 103. I've lived many different places from the west coast to the east coast which has allowed me to work with a wide range of people and personalities. My expertise as a mental health nurse allows me to assist clients to dig deeper and understand why they do the things they do. However my compassion and experience allows me to do this in a judgement free, comfortable atmosphere. If you're ready to stop thinking small so you can do big things, I'd love to help you!
