About Me

My name is Krystal DesChamps and I am a certified professional life coach for women in transition.

I'm a United States Air Force veteran and my time serving our country has helped form my disciplined, "go getter" mindset. When I set a goal, I develop a plan and I do everything in my power to make it happen which I apply this same tenacity when helping clients reach their goals.

My experience as a mental health nurse allows me to assist clients to dig deeper and understand why they do the things they do. However my compassion and experience allows me to do this in a safe, judgement free, comfortable atmosphere.
