About Me

I approach coaching as a practical, structured space to sort out what’s no longer working and make intentional decisions about what comes next. Most of my clients are high-capacity professionals who are used to managing everything—until they realize the way they’re operating isn’t sustainable anymore. Coaching with me isn’t about hype or abstract goals. It’s about untangling real pressures, identifying what matters most, and building systems, language, and habits that support meaningful change.

My background is in psychology, adult learning, and behavioral health, and I’ve spent over a decade working in leadership, training, and human development roles. I’m certified in Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Coaching, with additional training in motivation science and burnout prevention. My style is collaborative and grounded. I won’t push an agenda, but I will challenge what needs to be challenged so you can move forward with more clarity and control.
