About Me

I'm Kymberly Akouris, a dedicated life and business coach passionate about guiding individuals toward clarity, confidence, and fulfillment. Since 2014, I've empowered clients to overcome barriers and achieve meaningful growth, ensuring they don't remain stuck or uncertain.

Currently, I'm finishing my Ph.D. in Human Development with a concentration in Evidence-Based Coaching at Fielding Graduate University. My research emphasizes well-being coaching, particularly supporting individuals who've navigated significant life hardships by enhancing their autonomy, competence, and relatedness.

Before fully embracing coaching, I held leadership roles as a Corporate Director of Financial Aid and Campus President within private education systems. Today, I leverage this extensive experience to offer insightful business consulting, with a specialty in social media marketing and helping small business owners achieve social media independence.

As an ACC-certified coach, I blend practical strategies with evidence-based approaches to ensure transformative results. I'm also a co-author of "Transformational Coaching: An Evidence-Based Guide," sharing insights and strategies for personal and professional growth.

When I'm not coaching, consulting, or researching, you'll find me enjoying time with my grandchildren, playing strategy games like Catan, or savoring life's simple joys with my husband and our beloved dog in Azusa, California.
