About Me

As a Work-Life Alignment Coach, certified through iPEC’s Core Energy™ Coaching program, I help early to mid-career professionals reimagine the work-life conversation, navigate burnout and career transitions, and design a life where work and life are equally energizing.

Before founding Clarity West, I spent over a decade in tech, consulting, and international affairs, working with companies like Intuit, Booz Allen Hamilton, and the Millennium Challenge Corporation. I gained firsthand experience in:

✔ Leadership and career development, helping people grow into new roles
✔ The reality of career evolution—how people pivot, shift, and redefine success

No matter where I worked, one theme remained: helping people do their best work without burning themselves out in the process. Now, that passion fuels my coaching, guiding professionals to align their careers with their ambitions and values while also making space for what truly lights them up. Because work-life alignment isn’t about choosing between success and personal fulfillment—it’s about making them work together.

In 2013, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, an experience that reshaped how I see work, well-being, and what truly matters. It forced me to rethink success—not as a job title, but as a life well lived. That experience led me to create a career and life that were truly aligned with my priorities, values, and aspirations. Now, I help others do the same, guiding them to create careers and lives that feel mutually fulfilling, not mutually exclusive.

My coaching approach is collaborative, compassionate, and action-oriented—balancing deep reflection with practical tools. I help clients gain clarity, set personalized goals, and take meaningful action toward work-life alignment. Through empowering questions and structured accountability, I create a space for growth, exploration, and lasting transformation.
