About Me
As a coach with 12 years of background in the corporate world, I help you step out of the rat race and to a place of inner peace. We will work together to build your (work) life the way you want, from the inside out.
Does it feel like you’re in a rat race where it’s never enough? You set the bar high, you strive for that ‘ideal image’ and you’re always chasing something: a new house, finding a partner, being a good parent, being a social friend, another promotion etc. But you never seem to reach that point where it’s (good) enough. Your mind keeps you busy, trying to control things and meeting what’s expected of you, whilst pleasing everyone. It makes it hard for you to make decisions. Yet you don’t feel fulfilled and all these requirements make you feel as if you're just ‘surviving’, resulting in a constant rushed feeling. You long for things to calm down, and deep down you know that you can live a calmer and more fulfilled life, but your mind keeps you stuck and you don’t know how to break this though.
Through my personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve your personal goals, tearing down your limiting beliefs and reprogramming the way you view yourself so you can break free of your controlling mind and old automatisms from the past and step into your full potential from a calm and grounded place.
