About Me

I began my journey as a youth resilience coach, dedicated to transforming young lives by equipping them with the essential skills and mindset needed to thrive in both their personal and professional lives. This experience ignited my passion for understanding the broader challenges individuals face throughout their life journeys.
To enhance my ability to empower individuals across all age groups and leadership levels to effectively tackle life and career challenges, I pursued certification as a career & executive coach. This certification allowed me to actively engage with both individual executives and teams within organizations, delivering targeted guidance that strengthens leadership skills and fosters collaboration, driving organizational success.
As a lifelong learner with a passion for cultivating powerful teams, I pursued my recent certification in Spiral Dynamics and ValueMatch. This training enables me to equip organizations with the tools to understand and navigate diverse value systems. By applying this dual approach, I enhance team dynamics and foster alignment between individual aspirations and organizational goals. Ultimately, this helps companies cultivate a more engaged and adaptable workforce, driving overall success.
I am proud to be an Associate Certified Coach accredited by and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) globally, as well as a member of the Lebanon chapter. In 2024, I led the ICF Lebanon chapter committee for schools and universities during the ICF Global Coaching Week. This was an incredible experience, collaborating with students, professors, staff, and alumni to tackle topics such as aligning personal and corporate values, establishing a coaching culture within organizations, and engaging in career coaching discussions.
